Milosav_Ognjanovic%20novoМИЛОСАВ ОГЊАНОВИЋ, дописни члан Академије Инжењерских Наука Србије (АИНС) од 2004. године, рођен је 23.10.1950. године у Плажану код Деспотоваца у Србијаи, од оца Божидара и мајке Станије, рођене Обрадовћ. Основну школу је завршио у родном месту Плажану, а затим Машинску техничку школу у Деспотовцу 1969. године. Дипломирао је на Машинском факултету у Београду, смер за Производно машинство 1974. год. Усавршавање је наставио у области Општих машинских конструкција на Машинском факултету Универзитета у Београду где је магистрирао 1977. године на темому радних оптерећења машинских система у условима експлоатације. Докторирао је такође на овом факултету 1984. г на тему истраживања зависности динамичких оптерећења, вибрација, буке и одступања геометрије зупчаника. После дипломирања 1974. године запослио се као приправник у Опитном центру Фабрике вагона у Краљеву где је започео интензиван експериментални рад који је наставио 1975. године када се запослио као асистент-приправник, 1979. г., а затим као асистент, на Машинском факултету Београду. У звање доцента на овом факултету изабран је 1986. године, у звање ванредног професора 1991. године, а у звање редовног професора 1996. године. На овом факултету предаје Машинске елементе и предмете у вези са конструисањем односно дизајном у машинству. У оквиру Болоњског система образовања развија нови изборни модул образовања машинских инжењера под називом Дизајн у машинству. Аутор је или коаутор 14 књига за потребе студената и инжењера у пракси од којих су две стални уџбеници. Био је ментор седам одбрањена докторска рада на Машинском факултету у Београду.

Области научног рада: Процес конструисања (Инжењерски дизајн) (методе конструисања, одлучивање у процесу конструисања, моделирање); Динамика машинских система (радна оптерећења, вибрације и бука машинских система); Замор, разарање, поузданост (замарање, статистичка процена радног века, степен сигурности поузданост машинских делова и система и др.); Зупчаници и зупчани преносници (вибрације, бука, динамика, чврстоћа, конструкцијска решења). Из ових области је објавио три монографије, два поглавља у монографијама, 19 радова у међународним часописима, изложио је 45 рада на међународним конференцијама. У домаћим часописима је објавио 9 радова, а 58 радова је саопштио на домаћим конференцијама. Развио је 13 техничких решења и урадио око 60 студија, експертиза и експерименталних испитивања. Био је руководилац или само учесник у реализацији 19 научноистраживачких пројеката. Цитиран је у 117 радова домаћих аутора и у два u часописима са ISI листе. Добитник је Октобарске награде града Београда 1996. године за допринос у области техничких наука.

Међународне сарадња: У току 1986. године студијски боравак на Department of Mechanical Engineering: Imperial College London, Kings College London, University of Manchester, University of Leeds, University of Shefield, University of New Castle, University of Southempton, University of Swansea. Посетио је 1997. горине RMIT-Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology - Melburn, Australija, а 1999. Technical University of Munich, Institute for Machine Elements, Gear Research Centre. Као координатор Tempus пројекта (2006-2008) Европске уније остварује размену и студијске боравке са Техничким универзитетом (Институт за развој производа) у Брауншвигу, Техничким универзитетом (Институт за развој производа) у Ерлангену, Универзитетом у Болоњи (Department of mechanical engineering). Сарадња са International Society for the Science in Engineering Design из Цириха одвијала се од 1986 до увођења санкција Србији 1992, кроз учешће у раду Workshop-а за дизајн који се одржавао о сваке године у Швајцарској. Ова сарадња је настављена касније кроз рад новог удружења под називом Design Society. У оквиру ове сарадње учествовао је у организацији конференција ICED - International Conference on Engineering Design, у Цавтату 1990, у Минхену 1999, у Глазгову 2001, Стокхолму 2003. и био је члан издавачког одбора Journal of Engineering Design - Лондон (1997-2000).

Удружења, часописи, конференције: Дугогодишњи подпредседник ЈуДЕКО-Југословенског друштва за машинске елементе и конструкције, до његовог укидања, члан ДИВК- Друштва за интегритет конструкција, члан ESIS - The European Structural Integrity Society, члан Design Society. Организовао је или је учествовао у организовању научних конференција: ИРМЕС-Истраживање и развој машинских елемената и система, у Београду 1987, у Нишу 1995, у Београду 1998, у Котору 2000, на Јахорини 2003, у Крагујевцу 2004. Био је уредник часописа FME-Transactions (2005-2007) уредник часописа Конструисање машина - International Journal of Mechanical Engineering Design-Београд (2000-2003), био је члан издавачког одбора часописа Техника-Машинство.

Научна остварења: Синтеза обновљивих слободних вибрација изазваних сударима машинских делова у склопу. Методологија је развијена на основу резултата испитивања вибрација зупчаника, а од посебног је значаја за надкритично подручје фреквенције судара. Модел поузданости преносника снаге развијен је за потребе дефинисања носивости и радног века за унапред дату поузданост. Метода развоја преносника снаге за дата ограничења, применом робустног приступа.

Ожењен је, ћерка и унука са својом породицом живе у Билу-Швајцарска. Син је такође ожењен и на докторским је студијама у Лозани.

 

MILOSAV OGNJANOVIĆ, corresponding member of AESS from 2004., (father’s name Bozidar and mother’s name Stanija, maiden name Obradovic) was born in Plazane, Despotovac, Serbia on 23.10.1950. He finished his primary school in his home place Plazane, and the Mechanical Engineering Secondary School in Despotovac in 1969. He graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Belgrade, course Production Engineering, in 1974. He continued with his further specialisation in the field of Machine Design at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Belgrade, where he earned his master’s degree in 1977, field of service loads of machine systems in exploitation conditions. Doctoral thesis hi defended in 1984, which contained research of correlation between dynamic loads, vibration, noise and gear transmission errors. Having graduated in 1974, he started work as a research fellow in the Test Centre of the Railway Car Factory in Kraljevo where he began his intensive experimental work which was continued in 1975 when he was employed at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering Belgrade, first as a research assistant, and then as an assistant in 1979. He earned the title of a docent at this faculty in 1986, the title of an associate professor in 1991, and the title of a full professor in 1996. At this Faculty he teaches Machine elements and machine design courses. According Bologna education system he develop the new education module, Design in mechanical engineering. He is the author or co-author of 14 student’s books and the two of them are permanent textbooks. He has guided elaboration of six defended doctoral dissertations.

Research fields are as follows: Design process (methods of design, decision-making in the design process, modelling); Dynamics of machine systems (operating loads, vibrations and noise of machine systems); Fatigue, fracture, reliability (fatigue, statistical estimation of the service life, degree of safety of machine parts and systems, etc.); Gears and transmission drives (vibrations, noise, dynamics, strength, design solutions). From these fields he published three books (monographs) and two chapters in the monographic books, 19 articles in international journals, 45 articles at international conferences. In domestic journals he published nine articles and at domestic conferences 58 articles. He developed 13 technical solutions and worked out 60 technical reports, experimental and industrial projects. He also participated or managed 19 scientific projects. He is citrated in 117 works in domestic works and in the two works in journals at ICI list. In 1996 he was awarded the October Prize of the City of Belgrade for his contribution in the field of technical sciences.

International cooperation: In 1986 he visited Departments of mechanical engineering at the following universities: Imperial College London, Kings College London, University of Manchester, University of Leeds, University of Sheffield, University of New Castle, University of Southampton and University of Swansea. In 1997, he visited RMIT-Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology - Melbourne, Australia, and 1999 the Technical University of Munich, Institute for Machine Elements, Gear Research Centre. In the period 2006-2008 he was co-ordinator of EU-Tempus project when he exchange and visits to Technical university of Braunschweig (Institute for Engineering Design), TU Erlangen (Institute for Engineering Design) and University of Bologna, Department of Mechanical Engineering. He has been engaged in cooperation through active participation in the work of International society for the Science of Engineering Design (Workshops etc) from 1986 until to sanctions against Serbia 1992. This cooperation is continued with the new founded Design Society. In the form of this cooperation he participated in organisation of ICED - International Conference on Engineering Design in Cavtat in 1990, Munich 1999, Glasgow 2001 and Stockholm 2003, and he was a member of the editorial board of Journal of Engineering Design (1997-2000).

Academic organisations, journals and conferences: Vice-President of JuDEKO-Yugoslav Society for Machine Elements and Structures to the end of existing, a member of DIVK-Society for Design Integrity and a member of ESIS - European Structural Integrity Society, member of Design Society. He organised or participated in the organisation of the following scientific conferences: IRMES –Research and Development of Machine Elements and Systems in Belgrade in 1987, in Nis in 1995, in Belgrade in 1998, in Kotor in 2000, on the mountain of Jahorina in 2003 and in Kragujevac in 2004. He was the editor-in-chief of the journal FME Transactions (2005-2007), of the journal Konstruisanje mašina - International Journal of Mechanical Engineering Design – Belgrade (200-2003), a member of the editorial board of Journal of Engineering Design - London (1997-2000), a member of the editorial board of the journal Technique-Mechanical Engineering.

Scientific contributions: Synthesis of restorable free vibrations caused by impacts of machine parts in machine systems and assemblies. Methodology is developed using measured gear vibrations and very suitable for phenomenon analysis in supercritical range of impact frequencies. Model for gear drive reliability is developed for definition of caring capacity and service life of gear drives for certain reliability. The method for gear drive development for certain service constraints, using robust approach.

He is married and has two children: a daughter and granddaughter, who lives with her family in Biel-Switzerland, and a son, who is also married and is attending his doctoral studies in Lausanne.
